At Flock Warden, every piece of gear is custom-printed just for you as soon as your order is placed. Here is everything you need to know about how your order is prepared, packed, and delivered to your coop door:
Order Processing & Production
- Standard Turnaround: Orders are typically processed and printed within 2 to 7 business days before shipping.
- Peak Seasons: During peak ordering periods (such as holidays, spring flock season, or major launches), production times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience while each item is made to order!
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
- In-Transit Time: Once your order leaves our print shop, standard domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
- Carrier Delays & Weather: Please note that all posted delivery windows are estimates. Deliveries may occasionally be impacted by carrier delays, severe weather, or unforeseen transit disruptions outside of our control.
Tracking & Order Updates
- As soon as your shipping label is created and scanned, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email complete with your carrier tracking link.
- Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the notification for carrier scans to update in the system.

Flock Warden Apparel Care Instructions
Your Flock Warden gear is built for life around the run, garden beds, and morning chores. Because our apparel features custom-printed artwork, giving it a little extra care on laundry day ensures the fabric stays soft and the print stays vibrant wash after wash:
Washing Guidelines
- Turn Inside Out: Always flip your garments inside out before tossing them in the wash to protect the printed artwork from friction against other clothes.
- Keep It Cool: Machine wash using cold water on a gentle cycle. Hot water can break down direct-to-garment and screen-print inks over time.
- Mild Detergent Only: Use a gentle, mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh fabric softeners, or aggressive stain-fighting chemicals that can strip print colors.
- Gentle Spin: Select a normal or low-speed spin cycle. Avoid extra-heavy spin cycles to reduce unnecessary fabric stretching and friction.
Drying & Steaming
- Air Dry for Best Results: Hang drying or laying flat in the shade is the golden standard to preserve your graphic and prevent cotton shrinkage.
- Tumble Dry Low (If Needed): If using a dryer, turn the heat to the lowest setting or tumble dry delicate.
- Wash with Similar Weights: Avoid washing or drying your tees alongside heavy, abrasive items like stiff denim, metal zippers, or chore jackets.
Ironing & Wrinkle Removal
- Never Iron the Graphic: Never place a hot iron directly onto the printed artwork.
- Iron Inside Out on Low: If touch-ups are needed, keep the garment turned inside out and use your iron’s lowest heat setting (or use a garment steamer on the fabric reverse).

Returns & Refunds
At Flock Warden, we want you to genuinely love wearing your gear out to the coop and beyond. Because our apparel is custom-printed just for you when you order, we don't hold mass inventory. However, if something isn't right with your order, our flock has your back and we will make it right!
Eligible Replacements & Refunds
We gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:
- Your order arrived damaged or defective (e.g., misprints, holes, or print quality flaws)
- The wrong item, size, or color was delivered compared to your order confirmation
How to Start a Claim
- Timeframe: Please reach out within 30 days of your delivery date.

Once verified, we will immediately process a reprint or issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Care Instructions for Long-Lasting Wear
To keep your prints vibrant through daily chores and countless wash cycles, please follow the garment care instructions provided with your shipment (machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry).
